But, will Dhani be able to know what it’s like to survive in the wild like how every wild animal does? Will she find out about her past and that she’s not the only human species on earth? Will her fast-growing family be able to back her up and protect her from dangers that lurk behind every rock? But, she has humanly survival instincts that she never knew she had to protect her loved ones and herself, and tries to find her purpose for what the future holds for her. As she grows, the lions grow up different than her years, and generations pass after generation. When Rafiki showed up to Pride Rock with the baby human girl, the lion monarchs were kind enough to take her in and raise the child as their own. They were royalty, ruling over the pride and everything the sunlight touches. Rafiki then presented her to a lion family he was very loyal to.

He took care of Chelsea and nursed her back to health and renamed her a Swahilian name called Dhani (short for “Sikudhani” and meaning unexpected gift) since she was only a toddler who didn’t know how to say her own name yet. Luckily, she was found and saved by a mandrill monkey named Rafiki. Chelsea was the only survivor from the crash, but she was severely injured. They were on their way to visit Ireland all the way from America.
